History
Founded in 2006, Xcent Consulting Group (XCG) is a woman-owned Talent Acquisition consulting firm in the process of acquiring W/MBE certification.
There was a visible gap between companies needing specialized talent and finding the resources to provide such a talent pool. XCG was formed to fill that gap.
XCG has built and developed strategic relationships with Engineering Academies, as well as other schools giving employers a large network of well-trained engineers. We provide in-house and placed engineers to US-based companies, as well as have a pool of engineers who can work on a temporary or direct-hire basis.
Our office in Bangladesh currently provides architectural, civil, and electrical engineering design services and is further developing to provide for software development engineers.
